Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Ancient tarnished chain armor is dropped randomly in the West Wing (Dragon Faction) inside the Temple of Veeshan.
Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction.
Helm
