Lambent Armor is a set of Bard specific armor obtained through quests offered in the The Temple of Solusek Ro. The full set (with one bracer) gives:

The level range for the quests are around the low 20s to mid 30s depending on your resources. Each piece requires a Lambent Stone (drops from Hill Giants, Griffons ~level 33) which can bought from higher level players (around 20-35pp). The quests are offered by Walthin Fireweaver and Cryssia Stardreamer.

Note: A seven-piece visible set of Lambent armor costs approximately 1600pp to quest when purchasing gems and lambent stones from vendors.
