Description

Found at camps and occasionally wandering, these are popular exp targets for low-level groups. They initially con indifferent but this quickly moves into kill-on-sight territory as you continue to kill them.

Among some dervish camps there may be a Dervish Thug. This one is stronger and always KOS to all players, even if you're not KOS to other dervishes. They will social with the Thug when he attacks.

Human Male & Female dervishes can be either Monks or Rogues and, if the latter, will backstab if you turn your back to them within melee range. Erudite Male dervishes are Wizards and will cast a single-target DD, AOE, Dispel, and Root.

    Note: Once you become KOS to dervishes you will never be able to repair your faction. Be wary of Murissa Sandwhisper in the easternmost house on the way to the East Freeport zoneline, as she is on Dervish Cutthroats faction and level 45.
