Surrounds your body in the veil of Xarn, rendering you invulnerable for 18 secs (3 ticks) as well as healing you for 150.

• Note:Quivering Veil is currently blocked by Arch Lich, a bug report has been submitted.
• Only works at night until Oct2001.[1] Chardok 2.0
• Telin: [Oct2001] Quivering Veil of Xarn is castable at all times of day.[2]
• There is a negative component to this spell and a current bug, too: if demi-lich is already on, it will fade away when the spell fades. The bug currently blocks while in Arch Lich form.
• Additionally, zoning using this spell will render it useless, unlike its lower level counterpart Harmshield, which will persist when zoning.
