Tears the energy from your target's mind, draining their mana and adding it to yours.

Note: If the mob has less mana than Theft of Thought can steal, the spell still lands but you'll get a partial return for whatever amount of mana the mob had left.

You can Theft of thought certain mobs that aren't obvious casters like the shadow knights who only harm touch (notably howling stones skeletons) and the translucent spiders in velketor that cast invisibility.

If you cast it on an invalid target, you'll get a message saying so but you won't burn your cooldown.
