Surrounds your target in an elemental maelstrom, causing 350 damage initially, and between 122 and 132 damage every 6 seconds for 30 secs (5 ticks).
If it lasts the entire duration it will deal an average of 350 + 127 * 5 = 985 (max 1010). Given the spell's cost that adds up to a 985/265 = 3.72 average damage per mana (DPM).
Does not stack with Deadly Velium Poison.
