Scaled Mystic is a quested set of armor for Iksar Shamans. The various pieces require you to traverse much of Kunark to complete.

Walkthrough
Armor pieces are ordered in their general order of availability based on the level of mobs required to obtain the necessary items. You can start the quests by saying "Oxyn sent me." to either of the NPCs. EDIt: Addionally they will not return the item if your ending statement to them is not "Payment" make sure that this is the last dialogue option done before giving the items otherwise they will eat the items and not give the amour piece.
Breastplate
Talk to Shezlie Furscale in East Cabilis. You need:

- Watchman's Spectacles (Raider watchman in Timorous Deep) [Level 19-21]
- Nectar of Isolation (merchant sold, by Portik Grolam in Timorous Deep)
